‘WHAT will her Uncle Osama think?’ asks the Daily Mail of London today in a short article about the sexy pictures of his niece Wafah Bin Laden in the January issue of the US edition of GQ magazine.
“Her uncle is the world’s most wanted man….which makes this provocative pose by Osama Bin Laden’s niece either very brave or extremely foolish,” says the newspaper.
Indeed, Wafah, 26, is shown half-naked on a bed with a feather boa and pouting in a bubble bath while holding a glass of champagne. Flesh and alcohol! Oh my God, the Saudi religious conservatives must be having conniptions, and Osama too if he’s even still alive.
The New York-based Wafah has been trying desperately to launch her singing career for several years now, but I have a feeling that she’s never quite going to be able to make it in America, even if she has adopted her mother’s ‘Dufour’ surname.
She is never going to be able to erase the fact the she is the daughter of Yeslam Bin Laden, the half-brother of Osama, even if she doesn’t have Saudi nationality.If I were her, I wouldn’t live in America, especially in New York City….not after what the Saudi terrorists did on 9/11. That’s just pure, common sense!“I was born in the States, and I want people to know I’m American, and I want people here to understand that I’m like anyone in New York,” she told GQ.
Well…I’m not sure that some New Yorkers are feeling that forgiving, even if Wafah hasn’t been in Saudi since she was 10.

We doesn't want to be associated with the Binladens but is using her coonections to the family to launch her career and get her 15 mins of fame. So, instead of cribbing, she should be grateful for being part of Bin-laden family.

she sure is hot. her singing voice has potentials. but her family name just don't resonate that good to americans.
i agree, she should have changed her name for acting/talent/commercial purposes. with her sultry looks, she could have at least gotten some sexy roles to start her carrer without using her "bin laden" family name.
