THE meeting of bloggers this Saturday (Oct. 7) to discuss ways of encouraging OFWs to vote in next year's elections is going to be at the Starbucks in the Shangri-La Edsa Mall along Shaw Boulevard, and NOT in Makati as I wrote in my previous post.
